ItelPop for Outlook is a simple to use ‘SoftPhone’ with that can dial from clipboard and it also has an easy to use ScreenPop. This tool works with any phone system that supports TAPI.
With ItelPop for Outlook you can look up for records in ItelPop database ( based on callers telephone number) and you can create an ScreenPop Microsoft Outlook contact.
